Hours before closure of the winter transfer window, KRC Genk introduced their latest signing on a press conference in the Cristal Arena. Brasilian Thormena Ederson signed a four and a half year deal. At the same time Wim De Decker made a move in the opposite direction, returning to GBA.

Ederson will wear kit number 6 and will be licensed to play in the game against Club Brugge. With immediate effect, Wim De Decker returns to GBA, the club he played for earlier in his career. We wish Wim all the luck at his new club.
