Rumours have now been confirmed : Frank Vercauteren switches KRC Genk for Al Jazira.
During a press conference this afternoon Dirk Degraen officially confirmed the departure of coach Frank Vercauteren.
Vercauteren switches to Al Jazira in the United Arab Emirates.
The club requested Vercauteren to stay on as coach until after the upcoming double European confrontation with Maccabi Haifa. Vercauteren promised to do all things possible to meet that request. The final decision will have to wait until tomorrow.
