As of this season, paying at the stadium is easy, fast and hygienic: go cashless everywhere with your Club Card, or other contactless options. You no longer need to cash to enjoy your matchday experience at KRC Genk.
Load your Club Card
You have many options to add funds to your Club Card: Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, or digitally via the KRC Genk app or ticketing hub. Paying with cash will no longer possible from this season.
In the Stadium and Fan Zone
As has been the case for several years, you can pay for drinks at the stadium, grandstand, bars and in the Fanzone with your Club Card. You can charge it using Bancontact, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard at our information desks or using our machines.
Tip: charge your Club Card in advance – at home. This can be done via the KRC Genk app or via the online ticketing hub.
In ticket sales
You can no longer pay with cash at the ticket window or at the concessions. You can pay here with your Club Card, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard for your tickets and subscriptions, both on match days and non-match days.
In the fanshop
The fans’ shop is temporarily an exception. Here you can still pay with cash for the time being, but in time, we will also switch to being 100% cashless there. You can also pay here with your Club Card, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard.
At Themacafé
You can still pay with cash on non-match days in the Themacafé. On match days we will apply the same principle as in previous years: you can only pay with the Club Card.
In the corporate area
You can load your Club Card in the corporate area with Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard at the information desk, via machine or in advance via your contact at KRC Genk. Would you like an invoice? This can be done at the information desks, stating the company name.
