Our goalkeeper Danny Vukovic was injured during practice today.
He was transferred to hospital for further examination during which a serious rupture of his left Achilles tendon was determined. Danny immediately underwent surgery to the affected tendon.
Vukovic awaits a long period of inactivity before being able to return to the training ground. The entire club offers their support to Danny and wishes him a speedy recovery.
