The 16-year-old goalkeeper Matthias Pieklak has signed his first contract with KRC Genk today. Matthias, who hails from Oudsbergen, had been with RSC Anderlecht until a few years ago. With an excellent work ethic and extremely professional mentality, he has already managed to develop the skills that a "complete" goalkeeper in modern football needs. He currently plays for the club’s U-18s and the Belgian U-17 national team. The club has signed him to a contract through the summer of 2025.
