It was a bumpy ride for them, but finally they are back safe and sound: Paul Onuachu and Eboue Kouassi have returned to Genk after a stay in their home country - respectively Nigeria and Ivory Coast.
In these times of corona flying back to Europa from the African continent was all but straightforward.

Onuachu had been training with the team until mid May and then left for Nigeria. In the night of Friday to Saturday he made it back to Genk after a stopover in Paris. Eboue Kouassi kept training individually after group training had ended, before flying back to his home country. He returned on Thursday evening.

Shortly after their arrival they both underwent a coronatest. This morning they took their medicals in the sportsmedical centre Adlon in  Diepenbeek. When everything goes well Onuachu and Kouassi will join the group in the course of this week.
