Bilal El Khannouss wins the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations!

Tonight, the final of the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations took place between Morocco and Egypt. Bilal, who played 90 minutes, saw his side win after a good match. It finished 2-1 for Morocco after extra time. Our attacking midfielder provided the assist for the Moroccan equalizer.

This victory in the final for Morocco's U23 was completely well-earned. First, the Atlas Lions finished group winners in a group with Guinea, Ghana and Congo, before then beating Mali in the semifinals. Bilal and his fellow players were therefore already certain of a medal and qualification for the Olympic Games, but as icing on the cake they had the chance to lift the trophy tonight!
