Tickets

We recommend printing your ticket in advance, that way we will avoid long queues at the turnstiles. Tickets are still on sale through our ticket outlet.

Parking

Japanese supporters can park in parking lots 7 and 9. Turkish supporters are advised to leave their cars in parking lots 1, 2 and 3. These car parks are easiest to reach via the Opglabbekerzavel. Turkish supporters arriving via the Duinenlaan can park in lots 8, 11 and 12. Clear signage will be provided to ensure everything runs smoothly. There will also be sufficient staff on site to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Expanded bicycle parking

KRC Genk’s bicycle parking has been permanently expanded from 1 to 2 bicycle parking areas. There will be one guarded and covered bicycle parking under the grandstand of the B-field, and one bicycle parking area behind the fanzone. These will be available on a first come first serve basis. Both bicycle parking areas are accessible via the bicycle path behind the coal track.

Cashless stadium

Please note that KRC Genk's Cegeka Arena is a cashless stadium. Supporters can only pay via debit card if they want to drink something in our stadium.

Reusable cups

At Cegeka Arena, we do our bit for a healthy and pleasant living environment. That is why we only drink from reusable cups. Empty cups can be left in the plastic garbage bags in the stands and in the green garbage cans in and around the stadium. We thank you in advance for your excellent cooperation.
