Nitto Belgium and KRC Genk proudly look back on a great shared history. Nitto already featured on KRC Genk's shirts between 1998 and 2016 - a period in which the club became national champions three times. In the year in which Nitto's production plant in Genk celebrates its 50th anniversary, the company once again joins forces with KRC Genk. With the same ambition as in the past, Nitto will from now on also support the KRC Genk Ladies. There, they want to make their mark again on the pitch as well as in the community.

In addition to their global partnership with the Nitto ATP Finals, Nitto also wants to make a difference locally by partnering with the KRC Genk Ladies. By choosing to support the KRC Genk ladies, Nitto shows that sport not only inspires and motivates, but also drives positive social change and progress. Their support extends beyond the pitch and promotes diversity and inclusion, values that are central to both sport and their business.

Sam Strijckmans, CEO of Nitto EMEA, is looking forward to a great partnership. "We are proud to return to the KRC Genk family, this time with the KRC Genk Ladies. Where we once led the A-team to success, we are now taking on that same challenge with the KRC Genk Ladies. Our goal extends beyond sporting achievements, we also want to make a significant contribution to diversity in football and create a strong connection with the community

Erik Gerits, Head of Community KRC Genk/CEO KRC Genk Ladies, added: "We are very excited about the partnership with a global player like Nitto. Their choice to fully commit to the Ladies underlines the growth and ambition of our women's football. We have strong ambitions for the coming years, but can only realise them with the support of key partners. This partnership not only strengthens our sporting goals, but also our role as a pioneer in promoting diversity and inclusion within sport."
