The young attacker is known for his pace and eye for goal. The Congolese second division is currently midway through the season, and Mpungu Kongolo made a strong impression in the first half, scoring 16 goals in 19 appearances. His performances earned him the titles of top scorer of the first half of the season and Player of the First Half.
