KRC Genk have strengthened their squad with the signing of right-back Milan Roganović. The Montenegro senior international joins from Serbian side Partizan Belgrade and has signed a five-year contract at the Cegeka Arena, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2031.

With Roganović, the Blue and Whites add a powerful right-back to their ranks. He is a traditional full-back with a clear defensive focus, bringing plenty of commitment and intensity to the pitch.

Balance on the right flank

Roganović combines physical presence with discipline and a strong work ethic. He is strong in the duels, defends with conviction and always puts the team first. His defensive reliability makes him a player who can bring additional balance to KRC Genk.

At the same time, Roganović is also capable of making an impact going forward. He picks his moments to join the attack and can use his running power and crossing ability to pose a threat down the right flank. In doing so, he offers a strong balance between attacking intent and defensive stability.

Young international

Roganović came through the ranks in Montenegro before establishing himself as a first-team regular at Partizan Belgrade. At just 20 years of age, he has already made 69 appearances for the Serbian giants. He has also made his senior international debut for Montenegro.

“I want to compete for trophies”

“I’m very proud to sign for KRC Genk,” says Milan Roganović. “It’s incredible to see how many great players have played here. I’m motivated to add my name to that list.”

Genk’s new right-back knows exactly what he wants to bring to the team. “I’m a player who gives everything for the team in every game. I want to win every duel, put the opposition under pressure and contribute going forward as well. I want to compete for trophies here.”

Welcome to the Cité, Milan.
