After 3.5 great seasons, Gerardo Arteaga is leaving KRC Genk. The Mexican winger defended our colours 132 times. Gera gave 200% for our club until the last minute and leaves Limburg as a cup winner. He is heading back to his homeland where he will join top club FC Monterey. Arteaga himself said goodbye to KRC Genk supporters in a video message.
KRC Genk would like to thank Arteaga for his commitment over the past few years and wish him well in his new adventure.
