After the match against Club Brugge, Tolu received a slew of racist comments about him on social media. KRC Genk and everyone involved with the club condemned the reactions 100%. Racism does not belong. Not in football stadiums, not on social media, nowhere. Unfortunately, racism is still deeply rooted in football and by extension in the whole of society. It is a shared responsibility to stop it. As a club, we therefore do everything in our power to track down those responsible and report them to the police.
